Exchange and Return Policy

Our commitment is to provide the highest levels of service, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

In case of any manufacturing defect or damage to the product:

Sajda customers have the right to exchange or return a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage without any shipping fees, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition. This must be done within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. After Sajda receives the product and verifies that it meets the conditions, the customer has the option to:

  • Refund the product value within 3 working days.

  • Replace the damaged product with a new one of the same value.

Secondly: In case the customer wishes to exchange/return a product without any manufacturing defect:

Sajda customers have the right to exchange or return a product provided it is packaged and in its original condition, within 3 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs.

If the customer’s invoice included free shipping and they wish to return part or all of the products, the customer will bear the cost of the original free shipping in addition to the return cost.

After Sajda receives the product and confirms that it meets the conditions, the customer has the option to:

  • Refund the product value.

  • Replace the product with another product of the same value, with a shipping fee of 28 SAR.
